After a long delay due to a last minute trip I had to make back to the UK, my extendable dining room table is now finished. The fold out mechanism works beautifully and the tops slide effortlessly on the hardwood runners. The table was coated with an oil and wax finish, giving it a wonderful satin look which still allows you to feel the timber beneath.
